Senior Electrical Engineer – Advanced Nuclear Systems

JCW Group is partnering with a leading energy company developing next-generation nuclear reactor technology. We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and commission experimental reactor systems, collaborating across disciplines to deliver safe, innovative, and high-performance electrical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead electrical system design and integration for complex, high-temperature projects

• Develop specifications, design packages, and interface documentation

• Mentor junior engineers and support supplier deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred) with 6+ years’ experience

• Expertise in AC/DC systems, motor control centers, protection & coordination

• Experience with high-temperature or experimental electrical systems

• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
