I’m currently seeking a Technical Operations Manager for my client, a pharmaceutical company based in Berlin. In this role, you would lead a team of 12 individuals, including engineers and operators, within a life sciences manufacturing environment.

Tasks:

• Lead and develop a high-performing technical team while driving equipment reliability and uptime across all operational areas
• Own quality and compliance standards, including nonconformance resolution and adherence to regulatory requirements (GMP, EHS)
• Plan and execute capital investment projects and long-term asset maintenance strategies, including spare parts management
• Track and report on technical KPIs, energy consumption trends, and contribute to major site-wide initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Several years of professional experience in life sciences manufacture
• Solid knowledge of clean utilities and facility systems, including cleaning systems and HVAC systems
• Fluency in English and German required
