JCW is currently partnering on behalf of a growing regional bank that’s looking to hire an Audit Advisor for their Treasury, Liquidity and Finance Audit team. Acting as a manager for audit engagements, this role will be focused on the firm’s developing treasury function, which includes resolution planning, liquidity management, capital asset liability management and stress testing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute risk-based audits focused on ALM, capital planning (including CCAR), liquidity risk, and resolution planning
• Lead a team of auditors as an auditor in charge
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance for Treasury and enterprise risk
• Provide robust and independent challenge to the first and second lines of defense

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degreer required
• Demonstrable subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Capital Planning, Stress Testing (CCAR/DFAST), Enterprise-wide Stress testing, and FDIC Resolution Planning (including RRP, IDI Plan, or 165(d) requirements).
• Experience working in a bank larger than $100b AUM
• Internal Audit experience ideal
