JCW is currently working on behalf of a growing US-based bank that’s looking to hire an Audit Manager for their growing Compliance team. Operating as an AIC, this position will be responsible for regulatory consumer compliance audits across the bank. This position will ideally be on-site in their Miami office,

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and manage compliance audit engagements across the bank
• Supervise junior staff and review workpapers
• Work directly with stakeholders, providing regular updates to them and audit leadership

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 3 years of internal audit or risk advisory experience
• Consumer compliance audit experience required
• Large financial institution experience required
• Certifications like CRCM, CAMS or CIA preferred
