Project Management

This is a permanent, high-ownership position sitting within a small, senior team. You will take full end-to-end responsibility for cross-functional projects across the North America business, from scoping and planning through execution and implementation. The majority of work is back-office and support-function focused: process improvement, restructuring, and operational optimization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and will be expected to operate independently from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver cross-functional projects across the North America business
• Own project governance, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Structure complex topics, develop recommendations, and prepare decision-ready materials
• Drive implementation and change management throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate across functions and geographies to ensure alignment
• Contribute to strengthening project management discipline and execution practices

What They’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar project-based environment — consulting background strongly preferred
• Strong academic background; advanced degree an advantage
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive projects independently — no hand-holding required
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured communication skills
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Experience in banking or financial services a plus
