Civil/Structural Engineer – Transmission & Distribution

JCW Group is partnering with a leading utility to hire a Civil/Structural Engineer – Transmission & Distribution. Apply your engineering expertise to support safe, reliable, and efficient electrical infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain T&D construction standards, material specs, and engineering analyses
• Review designs, failed components, and project documentation to ensure compliance with codes and best practices
• Provide technical guidance, support internal design and construction teams, and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges

What We’re Looking For

• B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE preferred
• 2–5+ years’ experience in utility civil/structural engineering
• Experience with structural loading analysis software (e.g., O-Calc) and construction/engineering standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
