On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, we are seeking an experienced Department Head of Manufacturing (m/w/d) to oversee operations in North Rhine-Westphalia. This opportunity offers the chance to drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in the continued success of a high-performing organization.

Your Tasks:

• Manage 4 direct reports with 80 employees
• Oversee daily operations of a pharmaceutical production line
• Responsible for budgeting and cost centers
• Conduct regular 6S and GMP inspections
• Support Lean Manufacturing development

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in the field of natural sciences or technology
• 5+ years of leadership experience in pharma production/manufacture
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and aseptic processes
• Fluent in German and English
