We’re looking for a Digital Transformation & Procurement Category Manager to drive ERP migration for radiology equipment. This is a 4-month freelance contract (potential to extend) with hands-on responsibility and a high-impact role in medical technology procurement.

Your Role:

• Onboard radiology suppliers to a new ERP system and provide training
• Lead change management and digital adoption initiatives
• Manage CAPEX procurement for CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound systems
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and negotiate maintenance contracts
• Analyze budgets, pricing, and supplier performance using Power BI and Excel

Requirements:

• Experienced procurement professional with strong IT/digital skills
• Fluent German and English (C1+); French is a plus
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel; Coupa/Dynamics 365 a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field
