JCW is working with an exciting Model Risk team in a growing community bank who are establishing and building a model validation program from the ground up. The team are seeking an experience leader to work closely with their MRM director and ERM director in driving a validation program from scratch.

Must Haves –

• Strong experience within model validation at a bank.
• Experience across credit, risk, fraud, CECL, BSA/AML, valuations, etc.
• In depth knowledge of frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for MRM and validation.
• Proven experience conducting independent challenge and validation throughout the model lifecycle.
