Overview

A global healthcare organization is seeking a Finance Systems & Reporting Manager. This role owns the Financial Planning & Reporting tool , partners with finance teams globally, and drives system improvements, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance Adaptive for planning, reporting, and integrations
• Drive automation and process improvements with global finance partners
• Develop and deliver system training and ensure compliance
• Partner with enterprise project teams on finance systems initiatives and roadmap planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of finance or FP&A systems experience
• Hands-on experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive preferred)
• Previous FP&A experience in the pharmaceutical industry
