Join a fast-paced medical device manufacturing team focused on driving operational excellence and improving production performance. This role supports high-volume manufacturing lines by optimizing processes, improving throughput, and leading data-driven continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates are hands-on, collaborative, and experienced in Lean tools within regulated environments.
Improve productivity and reduce waste using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and structured problem-solving tools
Optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and daily line performance
Track OEE, scrap, cycle time, and throughput data; build dashboards and performance metrics
Conduct time studies, capacity modeling, and workflow analysis
Lead Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities across multiple lines
Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO standards
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of medical device manufacturing experience
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
Proven experience applying Lean tools—process mapping, VSM, standard work, visual management
Strong data analytics skills (Minitab, Power BI, ERP reporting)
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-moving, collaborative operations environment
10+ years of experience or exposure to smaller, fast-paced organizations
Experience working across multiple customer or product lines
