We are seeking a LIMS Automation Specialist (m/f/d) to join a leading life sciences company in the Düsseldorf area. In this role, you will act as a technical business partner for laboratory automation and LIMS-related activities. Your Tasks:

  • Oversee GxP-regulated laboratory systems, including LIMS and instrument-integrated software, ensuring operational stability, regulatory compliance, and effective vendor collaboration.
  • Lead the implementation and lifecycle management of GxP applications, working closely with laboratory automation teams and business stakeholders to support operations and project delivery.
  • Act as a key business and technology partner for initiatives impacting LIMS and other GxP environments, with active involvement in validation and system governance activities.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance through documentation ownership, quality event management, and change control activities, including deviations, CAPAs, and controlled system updates.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in GxP-regulated IT environments (e.g., pharma, medical devices).
  • Solid knowledge of GxP regulations and industry standards, such as GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU GMP / Annex 11.
  • Proven hands-on experience with laboratory automation and complex lab systems, including mandatory LIMS administration expertise.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
