JCW Search are working with a leading law firm in Zurich who are searching for an M&A associate to join their team. You will need to be Swiss Bar Qualified with at least 3 years prior M&A experience.

You will need experience ideally with private M&A transactions as well as general corporate law matters.

German and English fluency is essential, French is a bonus.
