JCW Search AG are currently working together with a specialist Swiss business law firm in the search for an experienced M&A professional to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including company incorporation, structuring, and strategic planning
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through exceptional service and proactive engagement
• Drive business development initiatives, contribute to thought leadership and represent the firm at industry events
• Guide and support junior lawyers and associates, fostering development and knowledge sharing
• Maintain adherence to internal quality standards, billing expectations, and operational objectives
