Maintenance Technician – Pharmaceuticals

Intro

A contract pharmaceutical company is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This role will install, maintain, and repair machinery used in the development and manufacturing of anesthetic products.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, and repair process equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves, and piping systems.
• Enforce and adhere to all OSHA regulations, health and safety guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate heavy equipment and hand tools to construct and repair processes or building components.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technician in a FDA regulated environment.
• High School Diploma required, technical school background preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance processes.
