We’re partnering with a leading organization in the life sciences/manufacturing space to find an experienced Quality Systems Manager to drive compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across a regulated environment.

Day to day:

• Lead and improve the Quality Management System in a regulated environment
• Oversee document control, change control, and customer complaint processes
• Ensure compliance with FDA (21 CFR 210/211, 820), ISO 13485, and global standards
• Drive CAPA, audit readiness, and continuous improvement using metrics and data
• Partner cross-functionally to support inspections and quality initiatives
• Manage, coach, and develop a quality team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience in pharma or medical devices
• 5+ years of supervisory/people management experience (required)
• Strong background in GMP and regulatory compliance
• Experience with eQMS/EDMS systems (e.g., Veeva or similar)
• Proven audit and inspection experience
