A pharmaceutical company specializing in long-lasting injectables is looking to bring a Packaging Supervisor on board to oversee the packaging team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have quick decision-making skills, and possess equipment-related problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the packaging team to manage the daily operations and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient packaging.
• Directly manage and lead hourly manufacturing staff.
• Ability to perform Batch Record review – prioritizing, reviewing corrections, and follow-ups.
• Perform CAPA implementations and investigations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in GMP environment
• 5+ years packaging engineering experience
• Team lead or supervisor experience
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline or related field preferred, not required.
• Must be comfortable working 2nd shift
