Role Overview

As a General Pathologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and supporting the treatment of various medical conditions. Your expertise in analysing samples, interpreting results, and collaborating with clinical teams will directly contribute to exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform histopathological and cytological examinations of tissue and fluid samples.
• Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to guide clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and laboratory personnel.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Engage in case discussions, tumour boards, and educational activities.
• Support research and development projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Medical degree with board certification or equivalent specialization in Pathology.
• Licensing: Eligible for medical registration in Switzerland.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience. 
• Skills: Strong diagnostic precision, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in German and English is required.
