A growing pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Senior QC Trainer to join its analytical laboratory team and help develop the next generation of laboratory scientists.

This position is ideal for an experienced analytical chemist who enjoys mentoring others while remaining technically involved. You’ll partner with laboratory leadership to onboard new scientists, strengthen technical competency across the team, and help drive consistency in analytical practices within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 6+ years experience working in an analytical chemistry laboratory supporting pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
• Strong expertise with chromatographic instrumentation and a proven ability to diagnose technical issues
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training junior scientists or laboratory personnel
• A solid understanding of regulated laboratory environments and data integrity expectations
• Broad analytical knowledge across multiple laboratory techniques rather than expertise in just one area
