Job title:  Employee Benefits Actuary Consultant (Senior)

Location: On-site (Belgium)

Overview:

We are working with a leading global professional services firm in the risk, retirement, and health solutions sector seeking a senior actuary consultant for employee benefits. You will receive the opportunity of joining a dynamic team, playing a key role in the employee benefits team. This position is best suited for a professional with experience in the Belgian market with the ability to perform actuarial accounting and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients; acting as point of contact for actuarial valuations for employee benefits

• Actively responsible for presenting calculations and results with relevant stakeholders 

• Supporting non-recurring advisory projects

• Managing projects with multiple internal and external parties

• Working in an international environment

Qualifications:

• Master in mathematics or related field

• 5+ years experience in actuarial/employee benefit role

• Must have proven experience in performing IAS19 and/or US GAAP valuation

• Excellent project management skills 

• Must be fluent in French or Dutch and a professional level of English

• Strong analytical mindset
