JCW is currently searching for an experienced Quality Engineering & Validation leader to join one of our high-growth pharmaceutical manufacturing clients in Houston, TX. This is a new role at the enterprise level responsible for building this department from scratch to cover 3 manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand the Quality Engineering organization, including R&D Quality and NPI support.
• Oversee enterprise validation programs (equipment, facilities, process, and CSV).
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, R&D, and digital teams to elevate quality performance.

What you’ll need:

• Deep technical foundation in validation and quality systems within the pharma, biotech, and/or life sciences industry.
• Strong leadership skills; able to architect and scale a new function from the ground up.
• Experience leveraging AI, data science, or advanced analytics in quality or validation settings.
