We are working with a fast-growing manufacturing company in the greater Kansas City area that is looking for a Senior EHS Specialist to join their team. The site is expanding rapidly and has strong visibility with senior leadership, so they’re seeking someone with real, hands-on experience to help lead both the Safety and Environmental programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS procedures and programs
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably pharmaceutical)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and/or other regulatory requirements
• Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems
• Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams
