We are partnering with a leading international life insurance provider to appoint a Senior Product Manager. This role sits at the heart of product innovation, development and lifecycle management across European markets. You will lead the design and optimisation of Unit-Linked Life Insurance and IDD-compliant solutions. Working cross-functionally with legal, IT, actuarial and distribution teams, you will drive product excellence from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of new Life Insurance products, with a focus on Unit-Linked solutions
• Manage and enhance existing IDD-compliant product portfolios across multiple jurisdictions
• Define product specifications, benefits structures, pricing parameters and documentation
• Translate regulatory and market requirements into clear business and system requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and optimise quotation and digital application systems
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of policy terms & conditions and sales documentation
• Act as subject matter expert for internal stakeholders including distribution, compliance and operations

Experience Required

• Proven experience in Life Insurance product management
• Strong expertise in Unit-Linked Life Insurance and/or IDD-regulated insurance products
• Several years’ experience within a life insurance company or financial services provider
• Solid understanding of European insurance regulatory frameworks
• ​Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex product development initiatives
• Strong communication; minimum C1 level German. Other European languages are a plus.
