A rapidly growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to add to their Supply Chain team. This position is well-suited for someone with expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement analytics.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support operational and production objectives
• Assist with sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and product launch activities
• Analyze purchasing trends, pricing data, inventory levels, and supplier performance metrics
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities while supporting supplier negotiations
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and support business initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline
