JCW Search AG are currently working together with a specialist Swiss law firm in the search for an experienced start ups professional to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise startups, scale-ups, and investors on corporate law, governance, and investment structures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, financing documents, and commercial contracts.
• Guide clients through fundraising rounds, exits, and other strategic transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear, practical, and business-focused legal solutions.
• Take ownership of client relationships and projects, balancing autonomy with team collaboration.

• You hold a law degree with solid experience working with start-ups, private equity, venture capital and similar topics; bar admission is a strong plus.
• You are fluent in English and German, which is essential for this role.
