An established pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Training to lead and elevate compliance-driven training programs within a sterile manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will:

• Design and implement aseptic processing training programs from the ground up
• Lead and coach teams to uphold cGMP and regulatory standards
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and readiness

You should apply if you have:

• Currently in a supervisory role within pharma quality or training
• Proven experience building aseptic training curriculum from scratch
• 5+ years in QA, compliance, or training in pharma/healthcare manufacturing
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related science
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and quality systems
