A growing specialty Surety business is looking for experienced Surety Underwriters to manage and grow regional books of business independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a regional, multi-state Surety book.
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships.
• Evaluate risk and make independent underwriting decisions.
• Develop and grow profitable business.

Requirements

• Proven Surety underwriting experience.
• Ability to independently manage a book of business.
• Strong broker relationships and market presence.
• Commercially driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
• Strong understanding of Surety risk and underwriting.
