We’re working with a leading Deal Advisory team in Luxembourg to recruit a Manager in Valuation (Corporate Finance). This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact valuation and corporate advisory engagements across diverse industries. You’ll manage financial modelling, valuation work streams, and client deliverables while developing team talent. This position blends technical excellence with business development and client exposure. Key Responsibilities
Lead work streams across a broad array of valuation and corporate advisory projects.
Prepare detailed financial modelling and financial analysis.
Apply a variety of valuation methodologies to support engagements.
Oversee the preparation of clear, client-ready reports, memoranda and deliverables.
Guide, coach and mentor junior and senior team members.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and international network contacts.
Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, valuation or investment banking.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) highly regarded.
Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
Strong business acumen with a proactive commercial mindset.
Fluent English; additional languages such as French or German are advantageous.
