About the Role

A financial services organization is expanding its Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP footprint and needs a functional analyst to support that growth. The environment is scaling across multiple legal entities and ledgers, which is driving a steady pipeline of finance initiatives on the platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands accounting and can translate finance business needs into working Oracle configuration. You’ll own design, module setup, UAT, and end-user enablement. Exposure to full SDLC project management is a plus. The user base spans US and international finance teams.

What You’ll Do

• Provide functional support across core Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, with emphasis on General Ledger, Accounting Hub, and reporting (OTBI, FRS, SmartView)
• Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements that support finance business processes
• Support Fusion Financials projects end to end: configuration, implementation, testing, and training
• Partner across IT (infrastructure, database, security, operations) to deliver ERP functionality
• Handle day-to-day platform support: patching cycles, reporting requests, ad hoc business asks, and production issues
• Identify opportunities to get more out of the platform and bring best practices forward
• Produce system requirement specs, data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lanes, and process documentation
• Validate that proposed solutions align with enterprise technology standards and change/security policy
• Work alongside internal and vendor Oracle development resources on interface and requirement validation
• Participate in an on-call rotation, with occasional late-night and weekend work tied to production support and releases

How the Time Breaks Down

Roughly half the role is production support. The balance is split across platform design and configuration work, requirements management with end users, and light project management.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years working in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Implementation experience across multiple financial modules (General Ledger, Accounting Hub, SLA, or similar)
• 3+ years hands-on with TOAD/SQL
• Solid working knowledge of finance and accounting
• Ability to walk through end-to-end business processes and the integration points between them
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting instincts
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex topics and drive consensus
• Comfortable operating independently and inside a team, and juggling competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, software engineering, finance, or accounting

• Oracle Cloud Lease Accounting experience
• Oracle Financials certification
• Project management experience using MS Project
