Overview:

A growing banking institution is expanding its Fund Finance platform and seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to help grow and manage its portfolio. This role focuses on delivering capital call and subscription facilities to private equity and venture capital clients, while building strong relationships across the fund finance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, execute, and manage fund financing facilities, ensuring strong credit quality and risk assessment
• Develop and expand client relationships within private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment funds
• Oversee preparation of credit packages, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting
• Collaborate with internal partners to evaluate transaction profitability and recommend risk-mitigating actions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field prefered
• 10+ years of experience in lending, underwriting, credit, or portfolio management, with strong exposure to fund finance
• Strong financial analysis, secured lending, and credit risk evaluation skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
