Meet the team

Jaden joined JCW Group in 2019 as an apprentice studying business administration. After a full year of work and passing the qualification with a distinction, she then joined the Talent Acquisition function. With much success Jaden achieved back-to-back promotions and is now a fully qualified Talent Acquisition Consultant.

She oversees the full candidate hiring process, including both the active and passive sourcing of potential candidates for hire, conducting interviews and, and ensuring that each candidate retains a strong impression of the company. Jaden acts as the first point of contact for all potential JCW Group employees, and she is responsible for acting as an ambassador on behalf of the business and its related brands.
