Role Overview

We are building a Go to Market team of Director level professionals whose remit

will be Project and BD focused-looking to either drive sales in a specific area or to

improve on:

  • Global cross-selling
  • Account Management of High-Value clients
  • Increase sales in targeted markets
  • Expanding Key Accounts
  • Strategic Solutions
  • Sales Strategy
  • Personal Revenue Generation
  • Leadership and Mentoring

Key Competencies and Skills required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry focusing on one of our verticals in a full 360 or pure BD role
  • Prior fee generation for a reputable recruitment firm in excess of $450,000 per year.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at various levels of authority. Speaking in front of larger audiences is expected, including management committee and at Board of Director meetings
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work in collaboration with a variety of subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify, discuss, and resolve issues.
  • Adept at quickly digesting and analysing new information.
  • The role will suit those with an entrepreneurial spirit
