We are seeking an experienced Electrical Development Technician to support product development from early concept through design verification and production readiness. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong electromechanical experience in an R&D or prototype-driven environment.
Build and modify PCB and cable assemblies
Interpret schematics and engineering drawings independently
Set up and execute electrical testing and design verification protocols
Troubleshoot circuit boards to the component level
Collect and document test data in a regulated environment
Collaborate closely with electrical engineers on multiple active projects
5+ years of electromechanical or electrical technician experience
Strong background in R&D/development (not production-only)
Experience working from schematics with minimal supervision
Comfortable in a fast-moving, prototype-driven environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
IPC-610 / IPC-620 experience
Exposure to regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, etc.)
LabVIEW experience (a plus)
