Engineering Manager – Instrumentation & Controls
JCW Group are working with a large water utility to hire a SCADA & Controls Engineering Manager. This leadership role oversees a team maintaining and optimizing SCADA systems and communication networks, managing projects, and ensuring reliable operations across multiple districts.
Lead and mentor Instrumentation & Controls Engineers, ensuring standards and best practices in process control.
Manage high-level technical projects and contractor work across multiple sites.
Build strong partnerships with Operations and stakeholders to deliver successful initiatives.
4-year degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years in SCADA or OT cybersecurity systems, including team leadership on complex projects.
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs, programming AOIs/UDTs, Aveva System Platform, and communication networks.
Strong leadership, project management, and coaching skills.
