We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to join an international market leader specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), based in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to shape global markets and work across diverse sectors, including life sciences, in a highly dynamic environment.

Tasks:

• Drive global market positioning for the company, its brand architecture, and product offerings across diverse regions
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to unlock growth and inform long-term business direction
• Regularly assess and refine strategic programs and initiatives in line with shifting market dynamics
• Own and and monitor sales planning, including full accountability for revenue performance at scale
• Guide and develop an internationally distributed sales team while working closely with an established partner network

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a technical, business, or economics-related field
• Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and/or X-ray imaging systems
• Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams and delivering revenue growth across international markets
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
