She also founded and oversees JCW’s internal mentorship program, which focuses on supporting the mental health and well-being of all incoming associates.

Alexander is the Director of the Risk Management team covering the US. He has 9+ years’ experience in recruitment. His team cover niche risk specific roles across the US specifically for both buy and sell side clients. He has experience in helping organizations grow/relocate their teams on large scales both locally and internationally. After completing his studies in Business Psychology, Niklas began his career as an Associate at JCW in Frankfurt and has since progressed to the role of Director. Early on, he specialized in risk management and regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Today, he and his team focus on filling positions in risk management, internal audit, and compliance.

With his deep market knowledge in both quantitative and qualitative risk management, Niklas combines expertise with a genuine understanding of people and markets. His mission: to create lasting connections.

Wanda is a Senior Consultant at JCW. She specialises in recruitment within the financial sector, especially in the areas of Compliance & Audit.

Luis has been part of the JCW team in Frankfurt for several years and is your point of contact for the placement of specialists and executives within the insurance industry. After completing his degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, he gained direct experience working for insurers as well as in close collaboration with leading primary and reinsurance companies.

His focus is on recruiting for actuarial and underwriting positions, both within the German-speaking market and internationally, with a particular emphasis on Europe and Asia.

Felix began his JCW career in 2016 straight after graduating in New York and, following an interim stop in London, opened the Frankfurt office in 2018. Since then, he has been heading the business in Germany and continues to be operationally involved with banks in the areas of Risk & Compliance

Adam is a financial services specialist and leads JCW’s FS practice in the UK. He has over 20 years’ experience across Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Insurance, Consumer Credit and Pensions, with a focus on resource augmentation and programme management. Previously, Adam held senior roles in number of international consultancies focussed on the talent and staffing agenda across complex risk, governance and compliance projects.

Chandler is a Principal Consultant at JCW. He focuses within the Compliance and Legal sectors in the US.

Nicole has been with JCW since 2015 leading our US Audit Recruitment team, which focuses on placing audit talent with financial institutions across the country.  She is also the founder and leader of JCW’s internal Women’s Committee, EmpowHer.

Lauren is a Principal Consultant at JCW, specializing in the Swiss legal market. She delivers a tailored & consultative service to Swiss & International law firms as well as in-house legal teams. Her expertise lies across a variety of legal areas and particularly across commodity trading.

A former Infantry Officer with the British Army, Paul joined JCW’s London practice in 2010 and was instrumental in developing the Compliance and Financial Crime team. Transferring to New York in 2014, he has replicated the same success, cultivating a strong network of clients and compliance professionals across North America. Lisa is a Consultant at JCW, specialising in the Swiss tax market.
