Et is the CEO of JCW Group, he joined the business 15 years ago and worked his way up through the organization. When not driving the company toward its goals, he remains hands-on in the Compliance space—where his recruitment journey began.

Jamie founded JCW in 2007 and grew it from a solo venture into a global recruitment business. Now Founder and Chairman, he focuses on strategic direction and ensuring the company stays true to the values that have driven its long-term success.

John is the Managing Director of the Head Office in London. He has previously held senior positions in the U.S. office and spent a year living in Germany to assist with its setup during its inception.

A qualified Accountant with over 25 years of finance experience, Ben has extensive experience in the recruitment sector having worked for both Page Group and Cielo Talent. Ben joined Search Capital in January 2024 and as CFO he is ultimately responsible for delivering quality financial reporting, working alongside the other C-suite members to provide strategic direction , ensuring financial success and making sure adequate resources are available to achieve ambitious growth plans.

Kate is a Partner and the HR Director of JCW Group. She joined the organisation 15 years ago, initially responsible for establishing and developing the operational function. Since 2017, her role has evolved to focus exclusively on Global HR. Now a Level 7 CIPD-qualified HR professional, she has overall responsibility for employment and labor law, as well as the entire employee lifecycle.

Gabriela is the Director of Systems Enablement at JCW, with expertise in recruitment operations, technology, and reporting. She’s known for streamlining workflows, optimizing tools through automation, and delivering clean, actionable data through smart tools and dashboards. Her approach balances deep systems knowledge with real-world team needs.

As Executive Assistant, Emily plays a central role in supporting the CEO and helping turn strategic vision into execution across the business. With nearly seven years at the firm, Emily has worn many hats and built a deep understanding of how the organization operates at every level. Her responsibilities span executive support, vendor and partner management, coordination with recruitment-to-recruitment firms, website and intranet management, award submissions, annual planning initiatives, and global event coordination. She takes pride in being a trusted operational partner and ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and with intention.

Felix began his JCW career in 2016 straight after graduating in New York and, following an interim stop in London, opened the Frankfurt office in 2018. Since then, he has been heading the business in Germany and continues to be operationally involved with banks in the areas of Risk & Compliance

Chris leads JCW’s U.S. governance recruitment practice, with a focus on risk, compliance, and audit across banking and financial services. Known for his consultative approach, he partners with clients on strategic hiring across contract and permanent mandates.

Nick is a Managing Director at JCW specializing in Finance, Accounting, Credit and Commercial Lending recruitment. With over a decade of experience in client acquisition and management across both life sciences and banking sectors – he leads teams in placing top-tier candidates and with industry leading clients.

Alex is a Partner and Managing Director at JCW, which he joined in 2010. He has helped build the firm’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice across the UK, BENELUX, DACH and the US. He partners with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, and fintechs, helping them hire the talent that protects and scales their businesses.

Alex has an extensive track record delivering single and multi-hire projects across both permanent and contract markets. He is particularly trusted on executive search mandates, where his network, discretion and market knowledge have helped countless clients strengthen their leadership teams.

Cheikh is responsible for leading the Catalyst team in Frankfurt. He began his career in 2018 as an Associate in London before taking on the strategic task in 2020 to build and shape the German life sciences market from Frankfurt. In his leadership role, Cheikh not only acts as a driving force behind the growth of the Frankfurt office but also remains closely involved in operational activities. In daily exchange with leaders in the life sciences industry across the DACH region, he combines deep market knowledge with a strong understanding of the sector’s specific requirements.

Nicole has been with JCW since 2015 leading our US Audit Recruitment team, which focuses on placing audit talent with financial institutions across the country.  She is also the founder and leader of JCW’s internal Women’s Committee, EmpowHer.

After completing his studies in Business Psychology, Niklas began his career as an Associate at JCW in Frankfurt and has since progressed to the role of Director. Early on, he specialized in risk management and regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Today, he and his team focus on filling positions in risk management, internal audit, and compliance.

With his deep market knowledge in both quantitative and qualitative risk management, Niklas combines expertise with a genuine understanding of people and markets. His mission: to create lasting connections.

Amanda is a Director on JCW’s Tax team. Yasmin is a Director of IT Recruitment at JCW Group, bringing 13 years of experience connecting top talent with transformative teams. Luis has been part of the JCW team in Frankfurt for several years and is your point of contact for the placement of specialists and executives within the insurance industry.
