Luis has been part of the JCW team in Frankfurt for several years and is your point of contact for the placement of specialists and executives within the insurance industry. After completing his degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, he gained direct experience working for insurers as well as in close collaboration with leading primary and reinsurance companies.

His focus is on recruiting for actuarial and underwriting positions, both within the German-speaking market and internationally, with a particular emphasis on Europe and Asia.

Clara Masson leads JCW’s U.S. Insurance recruitment practice, managing a team focused on senior and executive-level talent across the nationwide insurance market. She specializes in commercial property and casualty and partners with carriers, MGAs, insurtechs, and brokerages across the U.S. Clara recruits across underwriting, claims, actuarial, operations, and leadership, supporting both permanent and contract hiring needs. She works with clients at all levels, from experienced professionals to senior and executive leadership, with a focus on finding talent that fits both the role and the organization. With five years of recruitment experience, Clara has built long-standing relationships across the insurance and reinsurance markets. She takes a straightforward, hands-on approach and prides herself on building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

Max specializes in recruiting underwriting and claims professionals across the US insurance market, working with carriers, reinsurers, MGAs and brokers. He partners with clients to hire roles including Heads of Surety Underwriting, GL Claims Managers, Executive Cyber Underwriters and senior branch leadership. Max has particular expertise in hardening lines of business, including contract and commercial surety and E&S programs across property, general liability, commercial auto and excess casualty.

Jason is a Director in JCW’s London office, where he is responsible for leading a large team of sales specialists covering some of the key markets across Europe. This includes countries such as Switzerland, France, and the Benelux. Jason and his team work closely with some of the world’s largest insurance and reinsurance firms, providing expert support in key areas such as actuarial, underwriting, technical accounting, and claims.
