Luis has been part of the JCW team in Frankfurt for several years and is your point of contact for the placement of specialists and executives within the insurance industry. After completing his degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, he gained direct experience working for insurers as well as in close collaboration with leading primary and reinsurance companies.
His focus is on recruiting for actuarial and underwriting positions, both within the German-speaking market and internationally, with a particular emphasis on Europe and Asia.
Principal Consultant
Clara leads the insurance recruitment team at JCW Group specializing in placing talent across underwriting, claims, actuarial, legal, and sales functions. Her team partners with carriers, MGAs/MGUs, brokers, and insurtechs—primarily within the Property & Casualty space—while also having proven experience supporting clients in the Life & Health sector.
Jason is a Director in JCW’s London office, where he is responsible for leading a large team of sales specialists covering some of the key markets across Europe. This includes countries such as Switzerland, France, and the Benelux. Jason and his team work closely with some of the world’s largest insurance and reinsurance firms, providing expert support in key areas such as actuarial, underwriting, technical accounting, and claims.
