JCW Group takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide recruitment and staffing services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We process personal data relating to candidates, contractors, clients and vendors. All JCW Group employees and contractors adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are aware of their personal responsibilities regarding the way they process customer data. GDPR training is provided during induction, and all personnel are contractually obliged to operate under our GDPR policy at all times.

• Data is stored in a secure, password-protected central CRM system.
• We enforce a strict disciplinary process for any negligence or GDPR breach.
• We work with clients and suppliers who maintain GDPR-compliant policies and practices.-
• Personal data can be erased entirely upon request.
• All data processing is compliant with GDPR through tested and secure measures.
• All data processing within the business is overseen by a Data Protection Officer.
