Felix began his JCW career in 2016 straight after graduating in New York and, following an interim stop in London, opened the Frankfurt office in 2018. Since then, he has been heading the business in Germany and continues to be operationally involved with banks in the areas of Risk & Compliance

Chris leads JCW’s U.S. governance recruitment practice, with a focus on risk, compliance, and audit across banking and financial services. Known for his consultative approach, he partners with clients on strategic hiring across contract and permanent mandates.

Alex is a Partner at JCW and, after joining JCW in 2010, helped scale their efforts across Europe. He now focuses senior-level requirements within the Risk & Governance space for the Financial Services, predominantly across the UK, Switzerland & Luxembourg.

After completing his studies in Business Psychology, Niklas began his career as an Associate at JCW in Frankfurt and has since progressed to the role of Director. Early on, he specialized in risk management and regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Today, he and his team focus on filling positions in risk management, internal audit, and compliance.

With his deep market knowledge in both quantitative and qualitative risk management, Niklas combines expertise with a genuine understanding of people and markets. His mission: to create lasting connections.

Louis is a Director at JCW Group and has been in the business for a decade. He leads the credit and risk management function in the US. His clients range from small community banks through to G-SIBs, and is well known within his network as a reliable and knowledgeable resource to both his clients and candidates.
