Et is the CEO of JCW Group, he joined the business 15 years ago and worked his way up through the organization. When not driving the company toward its goals, he remains hands-on in the Compliance space—where his recruitment journey began.

Jamie founded JCW in 2007 and grew it from a solo venture into a global recruitment business. Now Founder and Chairman, he focuses on strategic direction and ensuring the company stays true to the values that have driven its long-term success.

John is the Managing Director of the Head Office in London and serves as Chief Experience Officer, sitting on the Board of Directors. He has previously held senior positions in the U.S. office and spent a year living in Germany to assist with its setup during its inception.

Felix began his JCW career in 2016 straight after graduating in New York and, following an interim stop in London, opened the Frankfurt office in 2018. Since then, he has been heading the business in Germany and continues to be operationally involved with banks in the areas of Risk & Compliance

Chris leads JCW’s U.S. governance recruitment practice, with a focus on risk, compliance, and audit across banking and financial services. Known for his consultative approach, he partners with clients on strategic hiring across contract and permanent mandates.

Nick is a Managing Director at JCW specializing in Finance, Accounting, Credit and Commercial Lending recruitment. With over a decade of experience in client acquisition and management across both life sciences and banking sectors – he leads teams in placing top-tier candidates and with industry leading clients.

Alex is a Partner at JCW and, after joining JCW in 2010, helped scale their efforts across Europe. He now focuses senior-level requirements within the Risk & Governance space for the Financial Services, predominantly across the UK, Switzerland & Luxembourg.

Adam is a financial services specialist and leads JCW’s FS practice in the UK. He has over 20 years’ experience across Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Insurance, Consumer Credit and Pensions, with a focus on resource augmentation and programme management. Previously, Adam held senior roles in number of international consultancies focussed on the talent and staffing agenda across complex risk, governance and compliance projects.

A former Infantry Officer with the British Army, Paul joined JCW’s London practice in 2010 and was instrumental in developing the Compliance and Financial Crime team. Transferring to New York in 2014, he has replicated the same success, cultivating a strong network of clients and compliance professionals across North America. A trusted advisor and partner to his clients, Paul is unrivaled when it comes to securing top talent in his market.

Nicole has been with JCW since 2015 leading our US Audit Recruitment team, which focuses on placing audit talent with financial institutions across the country.  She is also the founder and leader of JCW’s internal Women’s Committee, EmpowHer.

Julius was the first hire for the Frankfurt office in 2018. Throughout his time at JCW, he has used his broad market knowledge to provide outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

Chandler is a Principal Consultant at JCW. He focuses within the Compliance and Legal sectors in the US.

Luis has been part of the JCW team in Frankfurt for several years and is your point of contact when it comes to placing specialists and executives in the insurance industry. After studying business administration with a focus on insurance, he gained experience working directly for insurers as well as in close collaboration with them. His focus is on positions in actuarial, underwriting, and claims.

Louis is a Director at JCW Group and has been in the business for a decade. He leads the credit and risk management function in the US. His clients range from small community banks through to G-SIBs, and is well known within his network as a reliable and knowledgeable resource to both his clients and candidates.

Wanda is a Senior Consultant at JCW. She specialises in recruitment within the financial sector, especially in the areas of Compliance & Audit.

Demetria leads the wealth management team at JCW, specializing in placing talent across financial advisors, planners, portfolio manager, client services, and operations roles. Her team delivers tailored hiring solutions to RIAs, wire houses, private banks, and independent firms.

Lauren is a Principal Consultant at JCW, specializing in the Swiss legal market. She delivers a tailored & consultative service to Swiss & International law firms as well as in-house legal teams. Her expertise lies across a variety of legal areas and particularly across commodity trading.

Lisa connects pathology and lab medicine professionals with labs and hospitals across the DACH region, focusing on Switzerland and Germany. As a native German speaker, she brings local insight to international search across both public and private sectors.

Megan leads the Major Accounts team in Boston at JCW, partnering and delivering to top-tier clients across financial services and life sciences. Since joining JCW 9 years ago she has always been focused in delivering strategic hiring initiatives, high-volume recruitment solutions, and cultivating long-term relationships with candidates.

Boris is a Director at JCW, where he leads the firm’s US tax recruitment division. With over a decade of experience in tax recruitment, he specializes in placing both CPAs and tax attorneys across a wide range of industries.
