After completing his studies in Business Psychology, Niklas began his career as an Associate at JCW in Frankfurt and has since progressed to the role of Director. Early on, he specialized in risk management and regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Today, he and his team focus on filling positions in risk management, internal audit, and compliance.

With his deep market knowledge in both quantitative and qualitative risk management, Niklas combines expertise with a genuine understanding of people and markets. His mission: to create lasting connections.

Wanda Mintzas is a Principal Consultant at JCW Group. She specializes in recruiting Compliance and Internal Audit professionals within financial services. Working across Germany, she partners with banks, asset managers, leasing companies, fintechs, payment service providers and other regulated financial institutions to hire specialists and leaders.

She regularly recruits roles such as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Head of Compliance, Compliance Manager, Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO/AML Officer), Head of Internal Audit and Audit Manager. With nearly five years of experience in compliance and audit recruitment, she has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements for these functions and of the German candidate market.

Her strengths are senior and C-level appointments and building or scaling entire compliance and audit teams. Alongside confidential replacement hires, she supports organizations through growth, restructuring and changing regulatory demands.

Felix began his JCW career in 2016 straight after graduating in New York and, following an interim stop in London, opened the Frankfurt office in 2018. Since then, he has been heading the business in Germany and continues to be operationally involved with banks in the areas of Risk & Compliance

Chandler is a Principal Consultant at JCW. He focuses within the Compliance and Legal sectors in the US.

A former Infantry Officer with the British Army, Paul joined JCW’s London practice in 2010 and was instrumental in developing the Compliance and Financial Crime team. Transferring to New York in 2014, he has replicated the same success, cultivating a strong network of clients and compliance professionals across North America. A trusted advisor and partner to his clients, Paul is unrivaled when it comes to securing top talent in his market.

Megan leads the Major Accounts team in Boston at JCW, partnering and delivering to top-tier clients across financial services and life sciences. Since joining JCW 9 years ago she has always been focused in delivering strategic hiring initiatives, high-volume recruitment solutions, and cultivating long-term relationships with candidates.

Chris leads JCW’s U.S. governance recruitment practice, with a focus on risk, compliance, and audit across banking and financial services. Known for his consultative approach, he partners with clients on strategic hiring across contract and permanent mandates.

Et is the CEO of JCW Group, he joined the business 15 years ago and worked his way up through the organization. When not driving the company toward its goals, he remains hands-on in the Compliance space—where his recruitment journey began.

Alex is a Partner and Managing Director at JCW, which he joined in 2010. He has helped build the firm’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice across the UK, BENELUX, DACH and the US. He partners with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, and fintechs, helping them hire the talent that protects and scales their businesses.

Alex has an extensive track record delivering single and multi-hire projects across both permanent and contract markets. He is particularly trusted on executive search mandates, where his network, discretion and market knowledge have helped countless clients strengthen their leadership teams.
