About the Role:

We are seeking a Tech Expert in Analytical Equipment & Qualification to support our client in maintaining and qualifying analytical systems within a GMP environment.

You will ensure equipment remains operational, troubleshoot and repair issues, and support decommissioning and data archiving projects. This role offers a hands-on and coordination mix, working directly in the lab while liaising with vendors and managing qualification documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ 1st level support: Troubleshoot, service, and repair analytical equipment (HPLC, UPLC, GC).

✅ Qualification & Requalification of existing equipment.

✅ Decommissioning of equipment and data archiving (Empower, Chromeleon).

✅ Liaise with external suppliers (Waters, Thermo Fisher, Agilent) for maintenance and repairs under contract.

✅ Execute change controls, deviations, and validation tasks (Rotoco, LIMS).

✅ Maintain GMP compliance throughout all activities.

✅ Ensure systems remain operational to avoid lab downtime.

Key Skills & Experience:

🔹 Strong background in analytical equipment qualification and maintenance.

 🔹 Hands-on troubleshooting experience (Agilent, Waters, Thermo Fisher).

 🔹 Experience with Empower and Chromeleon for data handling.

 🔹 Familiarity with GMP, CSV, and data integrity requirements.

 🔹 Ability to manage vendor relationships for external repairs.

 🔹 Comfortable working onsite in a lab environment while handling documentation and compliance tasks.

 🔹 German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
