JCW Search AG are currently working together with a leading international law firm in the search for a Swiss corporate partner to join their team in Zürich.

Your role:

• Lead and advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity deals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards
• Originate new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers and associates
• Collaborate with other practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters
• Ensure high-quality legal service delivery and adherence to professional standards

Your profile:

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in corporate law, ideally gained at a leading international or Swiss law firm
• You are admitted to the Swiss Bar
• Demonstrated ability to generate business and a portable client book is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Swiss corporate and commercial law; familiarity with international frameworks is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
