Senior Project Manager- Core Banking Transformation

JCW have partnered with a well-established financial institution to find a Senior Project Manager who will lead strategic transformation initiatives across their core banking platform.

This is a high-impact role, offering end-to-end ownership of complex change programmes at the intersection of technology, regulation, and business transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of core banking transformation and digitalisation initiatives
• Translate regulatory requirements (AML, MiFID, cross-border) into effective technical and operational solutions
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements definition through to implementation
• Engage and coordinate senior stakeholders and external technology partners

Your profile:

• Proven experience in project management within banking or financial services
• Strong exposure to core banking platforms (FNZ APSYS, Temenos, Avaloq or similar)
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and their practical implementation
• Fluency in German and English
