Your Role:

• Offer expert advice on Swiss and cross border M&A topics 
• Expand your professional network and expertise in corporate matters alongside some of Switzerland’s top lawyers
• Contribute to a dynamic, young team of international professionals

Your Profile:

• You have initial experience in corporate and M&A matters at other Swiss law firms
• You are qualified to practice law in Switzerland (Swiss Bar)
• You possess a Swiss legal educational background
• You are fluent in German and English
