A commercial pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to lead complex sterile injectable operations at its Northern Colorado site.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be directly involved in one of the company’s most complex aseptic processes, with real ownership on the floor and the chance to work on highly technical injectable products.

You should apply if you have the following experience:

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in aseptic or sterile environments
• 2+ years leading production teams (Supervisor, Lead, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with sterile bulking, compounding, or solution preparation
• Experience supporting injectable drug products in complex or low-volume processes
