JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a large foreign corporate and investment bank for their office located here in New York. Our client is expanding their Compliance team and in need of a VP Compliance Officer within the Conflicts Management Group. The ideal candidate would have a compliance background within control room and conflict management experience.

Further Responsibilities:

• Help to maintain US conflict policies making sure they are in agreement with Global policies and regulations
• Provide advisory services with connection to investment banking
• Be able to analyze the different transactions where there may be conflicts and be able to determine the proper may to manage these conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ideally six to eight years of prior experience working in Compliance, with experience in control room and conflict management
