Production Supervisor / Senior Production Supervisor

Northern Colorado (On-site)

A commercial pharmaceutical manufacturer is hiring a Production Supervisor / Senior Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at its Northern Colorado facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing GMP production operations, where you’ll be responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule attainment while leading a team of manufacturing associates in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

You should apply if you have the following experience:

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience in a GMP environment
• Previous experience leading manufacturing teams (Supervisor, Lead, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting batch manufacturing and reviewing production documentation
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements, investigations, CAPAs, and SOPs
• Experience improving manufacturing processes, training employees, and driving operational performance
